Education Data and Process Specialist

Long Bay College is seeking an experienced and detail‑focused Education Data and Process Specialist to join our administration team on a permanent, full‑time basis.

This role plays a key part in supporting school leadership by ensuring education data is accurate, well managed, and provides meaningful insight for decision‑making and compliance.

About the role 

You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to:

• Deliver accurate, timely education reporting
• Maintain and improve education data systems and processes
• Support statutory and ministry reporting requirements
• Analyse data and present clear, practical insights
  

About you 

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong experience working with data and information systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability
• Is highly accurate, organised, and confident handling complex information
• Can explain data clearly to a wide range of stakeholders
• Enjoys improving systems and processes
• Works well independently and as part of a team
  

Experience in a school or education setting is an advantage but not essential.
