Long Bay College is seeking a passionate English teacher to
join our high-performing English Faculty. This is an exciting opportunity to

Our English Curriculum:
We offer a diverse range of English courses to cater to all learners, including:
- English Literacy – Foundational courses focusing on core literacy skills.
- English (Core) – Mainstream English curriculum for all learners.
- English Extension – Advanced coursework designed to challenge and inspire high-achieving students.
- Scholarship English – Specialised preparation for NZQA
Scholarship English examinations.

The terms and conditions, including base salary and hours of work, for this position is set by the Secondary Teachers' Collective Agreement. The base salary for trained and registered teachers will range from $61,329 to $103,086, depending on applicant's qualifications and experience. An individuals actual base salary will be established by a salary assessment once a role is confirmed.
