  • Identify and refer at-risk students to appropriate support.
  • Empower students to make informed, responsible health decisions.
  • Respond effectively to medical emergencies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all visits and interactions.
  • Provide regular updates to the Pastoral Care team.
  • Ensure first aid kits are stocked, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with the Wellbeing team to deliver comprehensive support for students and staff.
  • Maintain accurate information within our Student Management System.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A current practicing certificate.
  • A proven track record of working with young people.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Strong empathy, tolerance, and diplomacy skills.
  • The ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality in line with College policies and Ministry of Education guidelines.
